Halflife / Exiting / Crashes

This is a discussion about Halflife / Exiting / Crashes in the Windows Games category; Everytime I exit Counter Strike Half Life, I get Invalid Page Fault in Non Paged area. I heard a couple other people get this to. Any ideas why this is, and possible ways to fix this annoying problem? BoDEAN.

I to experience issues w/ halflife, the game runs great, but when I press excape to bring up the menu screen, a black screen pops up, if I press exscape again I am back in the game, fine and dandy, just makes saving and quitting the game a little difficult.

Win2K
AMD k6-3 450
128 MB RAM
Voodoo 3 2000 16MB ram

running Halflife in Direct 3D, says it does not support the opengl drivers I have.
