But i found out that if i take my PCI ethernet card and load last good config from F8 it will load great then I can shutdown and put the network card ...
Here is my prob, i can be installing something or browsing the NET and my comp will freeze, then when i restart i get that IRQ not equal blue screen error on startup. But i found out that if i take my PCI ethernet card and load last good config from F8 it will load great then I can shutdown and put the network card in and it will work again, wired?

weird?!?!?! ur having an irq conflict man !!! its even telling u now u got the asnwer goodluck
You need to give us more info regarding your system. Did you check for irq conflicts? Does the NIC work in another computer (might be a bum card)? More info is needed about your system.
