I have a 10 station network with Advanced Server and 9 Pro stations. Str8 100Mbs Switches and 100Mbs NICs. Ever since NT 5 came along the network crawls.

Try disabling TCP/IP Netbios helper under services. This gave me a boost

1. I am not using NetBeui
2. My Netbios helper was already off (thanks though)
