Help with Kenwood CD-ROM!!

This is a discussion about Help with Kenwood CD-ROM!! in the Windows Hardware category; I need some help. My kenwood TrueX cdrom is very slow in Win2k. I benched marked the cdrom and it was like a 16X. The drive is a 52X. I have DMA emabled in the Device Manager. How do I enable UDMA? Asus K7M Bios 1008 Athlon 550@750 SBL X-gamer 196 MB Micron.
