Received the follow messages:
1) You need to do this just unzip setwin95.zip
to windows or winnt folder.
<type> cd\PROGRA~1\REDORB~1\MYSTMA~1 <enter>
<type> setwin95 myst.exe <enter>
done now it will run
2) Myst M.E. will run under Windows 2000 as stated in an earlier post.
The user should be aware that the first time an attempt to save or
restore a game is made that an error message of 'Cannot run Unicode
version of ATL.DLL on Windows 95. Please install the correct version.'
will occur. Hitting 'OK' will allow the game to save or restore.
Minimizing and resizing the game play window several times will cause
the game to abend, so save the game before minimizing the game window.

Hi,

Just thought I'd mention that Myst ME continues to issue the error message about the Unicode version of ATL.DLL -- at least on all of the machines I've seen running the game under W2K. Easy way to get rid of the error and a lot of the flakiness that the game has under W2K is to put an earlier (non-Unicode) version of ATL.DLL in the game's home directory, then add a 0-byte text file named "myst.exe.local" to the same directory. Myst ME will proceed to look first in its home directory for libraries.
