Hello all,
I have a Amd Athalon 750 oced to 800
526 Ram pc 100
abit ka7-100
Asus v 6800 32 ddr
20 gig Maxtor HD

I am running win2k pro. My problem is with the Detonator drivers for the graphics card. I had the 6.67 drivers installed for my system, and I had no problems whatsoever. MY brother told me that the 10.80 drivers were really good and improved performance.

So i downloaded them from reactor critical, and installed them. Everything seemed to be going fine, until at the very end where it usually tells you that the install was successful, it said that an error occured during install, and that the system could not find a specified file.

Ok then it tells me to reboot, so I reboot. To my dismay im back in 800x600 in 16 colours. When i go to hardware manager it shows my geforce with a yellow exclamation mark, saying that the drivers arent installed.

I have tried 3 different drivers. I have tried installing in Safe mode, and in normal mode. I have tried clicking uninstall, and then installing drivers. Every time I get that fricken error message!!!!

What the hell can I do????

thanks
