FPS in what? Roughly speaking, if you look at all the hyped up reviews with insane 800Mhz CPUs then I would consider the 2 options...
1 at the low resolutions you should get somewhere between half and the same as what an insane machine gets...
2 at the higher resolutions (AKA insane resolutions, most people can't even dream of) you would probably see a much greater performance drop.
This said I'm sure it would be arse spankingly fast
