How do I get win2k to show my entire start menu, my entire faves etc instead of having to click that little arrow to expose those I haven't used much? I know there is a simple way, I just haven't found it YET.

To change your Start menu, it's;
Start -> Settings -> Taskbar & Start Menu -> Uncheck "Use Personalised Menus".
In IE it's;
Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced -> Uncheck "Enable Personal Favourites Menu".
