I want my full menus back, HOW?

This is a discussion about I want my full menus back, HOW? in the Windows Hardware category; Otay, I know this is probably very simple, but I have consulted help and everything to find the answer to no avail. How do I get win2k to show my entire start menu, my entire faves etc instead of having to click that little arrow to expose those I haven't used much? Otay, I know this is probably very simple, but I have consulted help and everything to find the answer to no avail. To change your Start menu, it's;
 
Start -> Settings -> Taskbar & Start Menu -> Uncheck "Use Personalised Menus".
 
In IE it's;
 
Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced -> Uncheck "Enable Personal Favourites Menu".
