Guys,
I have got all my programs in Window 2000.
Is there a way, to get them working without installing them in Whistler.
Importing Registry of 2000 could work, but it could also damage the settings of Whistler.
Let say, I want to get Office to work.
How can I accomplish that?

If you run an upgrade to Whistler, Office 2000 will work fine under Whistler. All settings (Outlook Profiles etc) will be copied over. Upgrading of course isn't as good as a clean install, but when time is an issue it can't be beat.
If you are upgrading from Win98-> Whistler, you will have to reinstall various apps like Outlook though due to the lack of profiles in 98.

whistler also has teh ability to import exported settings from other OS's, but i dont think MS have written/released the apps to export teh settings from those, so at the moment an upgrade is the only choice
