IRQs
This is a discussion about IRQs in the Windows Hardware category; Hello everyone. I've only had one problem running Win2k Professional so far, and I think, based on some of your replies to other posts, that some of you might be having the same problem. I am running a PII 300, 192 megs ram, Creative Labs TNT AGP, SBLive Value, Lucent 56 K PCI modem, and Creative Labs DXr2 card.

I've only had one problem running Win2k Professional so far, and I think, based on some of your replies to other posts, that some of you might be having the same problem.
I am running a PII 300, 192 megs ram, Creative Labs TNT AGP, SBLive Value, Lucent 56 K PCI modem, and Creative Labs DXr2 card. Having installed Win2K, all of my cards are running on IRQ 9, with no visible way of changing it. This of course causes problems. I can't play a game for more than 5 minutes without a BSOD and an auto-reboot.
If anyone knows of this problem, and how to fix it, I'd love the news.
