Is SP1 for w2k worth all the hassle?

This is a discussion about Is SP1 for w2k worth all the hassle? in the Windows Software category; After downloading every single patch, fix and update for windows 2000. WIll it be worth installing the service pack? w2k is probably as stable as it's ever going to get. Lets face it, Most of the problems are not with flawed library files, but rather flawed code within the OS.

Lets face it, Most of the problems are not with flawed library files, but rather flawed code within the OS. SO what possible benefits can one receive with the SP?

Call me an idiot(don't--it's a figure of speech), but what are these bugs?

I've never had an OS failure due to anything but ****ty drivers?

Am I just lucky, or am I missing something?

Well if you needed the updates NOW instead of when the SP came out then you would be **** out of luck until the SP arrives now wouldn't you?
