i have one, it works. I watch TV on it all the time. Video capture works well if you have a fast cpu.
With your CPU you may be limited a little. On my Celeron366@550mhz i was able to record realtime DivX video, which used about 10megs/minute, then afterwards the sound could be mp3 compressed to make it use about 3megs/min.
I have the Mono version, sound quality could be better.
