I know a lot of people would like to test Windows Me and Windows Whistler along with the up comming versions of direct x or internet explorers.

This way you get all of MS Software in Beta before general release..
Just as I do with the Technet Sub I have from the company I work for..
No really, there isn't an easy way to become an MS Beta Tester without going through all the right channels.
