Lower Framerates in W2K

This is a discussion about Lower Framerates in W2K in the Windows Games category; I played soldiers of fortune, descent3 with much lower framerates. You can perfectly see differents in a heavy action scene. . . win98 everything is running smoothly but not on w2k. . . Got a voodoo3 2000 card, using retail drivers from 3dfx.

I played soldiers of fortune, descent3
