Can I or can I not play a mac cd-rom (the 7th guest) on my windows xp? Ive been everywhere and tried everything. ( patches, dos emulator, cmd prompt, etc.) Some say I can and some say I cant. I just bought it off Amazon and I think it said I could play it on XP. However I cant get it to load, I cant even get my computer to recognize the cd in the drive. It knows its the 7th guest, but it wont open any files, let alone install them. It says windows cannot open any of the files. I also have 3 cds which came with the game. One says it is disc one, the other disc 2, and then I have a 3rd cd with Aztech New Media Corp. written on it like it was upgraded or something. I dont think the 3rd one was with the original package. Disc 2 appears to be only a soundtrack, and I can play the songs, but I cant get anything to open on the other 2 discs. This sucks. Please let me know if Im wasting my time even trying.
