This is a discussion about messiah demo in the Windows Games category; It loads up I see everything up until the main title and then it exits a second later. I bet you there is some sort of minor tweak to fix it. Anybody tried messiah yet?.

it worked fine for me when i tried it? this is the latest beta demo right? cuz the first time you run its gotta compile stuff or sumthing and it takes awhile... but after that you should get into the game

No see it gets to the point where the music starts playing on the main menu then it just exits a second later. I tried rebooting reinstalling it. See this is what Im fearing. I installed 1.0 first then upgraded to 2.0. And in the games compatibility list in this forum it says not to do that or it will get hosed. But I uninstalled that and then reinstalled 2.0. Question is I might need to do some type of clean install?

I got it it was because I was in 32bit color. I switch to 16 and now it works fine. This is the only way it can run I guess.
