When I connect my Microsoft Digital Sound System 80 via the USB port my computer finds it but
will do any of the following;
Freezes
Restarts
Installs but when I sound is played a crackly noise is heard
then restarts.
Is this due to something conflicting? as it is assigned to IRQ 10 in the BIOS and 10 in 2000
I have move cards around in my system to change IRQ's but i can only get it to 11, can i change the IRQ
myself for the USB host controller?
Just before you ask if it works, it must as i have install win2k before and had the speakers switched on
and win2k must of assigned the right IRQ or something and they worked great but i had them off when i
installed win2k today.
