Under display properties, all I get is default monitor under the monitor's heading - and I can't select another one.
I don't want a default monitor, i want to be able to select my Eizo 21" - anyone got any ideas?

you don't happen to have the creative encore package do you...
cuz i have win2k and the dxr3 decoder card... when you install the beta drivers and software it puts in the device manager under hidden resources "ENC2 Video Filter"...
which kills your monitor icon in device manager... it also doesn't not allow any power management for the monitor...
so disabling it restores the monitor icon and all the features...
