This is a discussion about Motocross Madness and Sidewinder 3D Pro in the Windows Games category; Just installed W2K build 2128 so far so good, except Motocross Madness. When I load the joystick through the control panel and the status goes to OK i cannot run the game. I click on the MTM icon the screen goes black than white and than back to the desktop.

Just installed W2K build 2128 so far so good, except Motocross Madness. When I load the joystick through the control panel and the status goes to OK i cannot run the game. I click on the MTM icon the screen goes black than white and than back to the desktop. If i remove the joystick through the control panel the games comes up fine, but I have to use the keyboard. The joystick works fine under Quake 2, Monster Truck Madness, and Midtown Madness. Any thoughts or fixes?? Thanks

Hey, don't know if this is any help but I did grab a MS Sidewinder game pad pro USB and it works in Motocross madness fine. How ever there are a few funky bugs. I played a national that wasn't compiled properly and instead of booting me to the menu or out of the game it restarted the pc. Also I won my first race with the new gamepad and it rebooted my pc. =)

Kinda wierd, i'm sure it's not sidewinder related but amusing none the less.
