MotoRacer - help the rookie!

This is a discussion about MotoRacer - help the rookie! in the Windows Games category; I've read two entries about getting MotoRacer (1) to work on NT. The first speaks of a registry entry, the second suggests using setwin95. cmd. Neither of these are clear to me in their use. . . . can someone please walk a rookie through getting the best option to work? Thanks!.
