moving winnt folder

This is a discussion about moving winnt folder in the Windows Hardware category; I would like to move my winnt folder from drive E: to c: to make make it easier to back up the OS with ghost. What do I need to do and still be able to boot? Jurgen.

win98 and win2k on two different partitions

yea..reinstall win2k otherwise im 95% it dont work cause a lotta stuff in the *.dat files and in installed progs *.infs point towards where ya installed win2k
