MSI 815E Pro/Win2k lockups

This is a discussion about MSI 815E Pro/Win2k lockups in the Windows Hardware category; I just got an MSI 815E Pro + P3 866 (6. 5*133)+2 sticks of 128MB Micron CAS3 PC-133 memory (one double-sided, one single-sided). Fresh install of win2k randomly locks up or gives blue screen errors. When I bump the main memory down to 100 Mhz, all is fine (still running at 866).

I've tried CAS2 and CAS3 settings, all combo's of DIMM slot population, each stick individually, PCI card shuffling, all new drivers....the works. I'm at my wits end as to what the deal is. Any ideas as to my next move before I put my BXMaster back in?
