i dunno, try to be more specific, i've had no problems with Nero. Do you have the lastest updates and drivers (Aspi and such)?

Ok i got nero to work by installing nero 4.0.7.5 but now when I go to choose burner my burner isnt listed.
You need to go and download the latest ASPI drivers from either nero or Adaptec and then your cdrw will be listed and able to work.
My copy of Nero started doing the same exact thing, load it up and it just reboots teh computer. I have the newest ASPI drivers installed, tried installing an older version of Nero but still does the same thing... gonna see if I can find 4.0.7.5 and see if it works.

woo hoo I got it working!
I went and downloaded the adaptec drivers from here
http://web3.baymont.com/win2k/win2kworld/download_files/aspi460w2k.zip
Then Ran nero and burned win2k cd to cd.
