Nero 5.0 doesn't work
This is a discussion about Nero 5.0 doesn't work in the Windows Software category; I have installed Nero 5. 0 over 4. 0. 9. 1 and it does nothing but error out when run. 4. 0. 9. 1 works perfectly, but Nero 5. 0 does not start at all it errors before anything. Any ideas?.

Go into program files Ahead Nero and delete the wnaspi.dll file and it will work after that I had the same problem.
Did you guys try the win2k Aspi layer that nero has in the downloads section, it is supposed to replace the aspi in the nero install dir. ??

If you delete the wnaspi32.dll from the nero folder the program works fine. If you then put the wnaspi32.dll from there downloads page in the nero folder the program then crashes !!! it works perfect if you remove the file altogether.
