New button with IE 5.00.2920.0000
This is a discussion about New button with IE 5.00.2920.0000 in the Windows Software category; I don't know if anyone else has noticed this, but have you seen the document button added to the Standard Button bar of IE? The one that has Discuss as it's text? Is Microsoft incorporating comment/review capabilities to IE? When you click on it, it asks for a Discussion Server.

ummmmmm thats been there for a very long time now. Since win98se was in beta.

Hmmm.. I never messed with 98SE, and my Win98 machine running IE 5.01 doesn't have it either.

You can right click on your toolbar and select customize. In here you should be able to add that button.
where is that button ? i haven't seen that in win98 nor in w2k rc1 to 2184.
the button comes from office 2k and is not a part of w2k nor w98 !
