Newbie to Win2K. Help appreciated.

Lets start off with the basics: 1. I would like to keep win98 installed. can i partition my drive into a c: and d: and stick 98 on c: and 2k on d ;( if so, how do i choose which OS to boot to on startup? 2.

ok guys, im not a newbie to computers, but am a newbie to NT (win2k). Lets start off with the basics:

2.Will i have any probs w/ the following hardware in win2k?
celery 550
Abit BH6
TNT 1 pci (stb v4400)
MX300
realmagic dvd decoder
toshiba dvd-rom
WD hard drive
netgear 10/100 pci NIC (for cable modem)
Zoom 56k dualmode isa modem
usb intellimouse
usb scanner (umax 1220U)
 
3. i assume i should d/l NT drivers for this stuff after install. correct?
 
4.when i get to the point of trying out some software, do i need to install directX or is it built in?
 
that's it for now. any other usefull info would be helpful Thanks for your time!
 
oh yeah, 2k supports fat32 right?

this sould work as long as it not a Winmodem
