NHL 2000 on Win 2000 Pro
This is a discussion about NHL 2000 on Win 2000 Pro in the Windows Games category; We are running Windows 2000 Professional on an Athlon 600, K7M MB, 128 rage fury card. We installed NHL 2000 along with service pack #2. . . it won't run and when it does (rare) it hangs on start up or freezes before the game finishes loading.

We installed NHL 2000 along with service pack #2... it won't run and when it does (rare) it hangs on start up or freezes before the game finishes loading. When it does run the sound is really choppy or noexistant and the screen sputters black. We've gone through the troublshooting and tried everthing from adjusting the refresh rate to the acceleration. HELP!

Service pack 2? Do you mean patch number 2 for the game? You can find out how to get that game working by looking around this site in the supported games section. It will work but you have to play around with it a little.
