Killer Wolf: Fat32 is the slower file system which is only compatible with win9x and since NTFS 5.0 which is in win2k is based on security and stability, data protection etc and is way more stable, and from what most say its much easier to defragment, if your going win2k only then i suggest you upgrade to this file system although win98 will not be able to be installed on it
