Omnipage 14 & 15 Batch manager

Hello everybody. . . I have the same problems of stability with those applications. . . My batch use to trash application or the batch stop before saving destination file(s). . . Is this product very BUGGGGED ??? OR Am I a Newbie ??? Thank to answer me !!!!! Gluev.
