This is a discussion about Opposing force help needed in win2k in the Windows Games category; When i changed over to win2k i saved my saves from win98 and took them accross, and into my oppforce directory. There listed in the load section of oppforce but when i try to load it - It crashes!! I dont want to have to go thru the whole damn game again.

So i was wandering if either someone can give me a fix for it or i could get a save file of them
I had it on medium difficulty and i got to the level Worlds Collide.
And I have the newsest version 1.0.1.5
Please Help.

Hi,
While I haven't gotten around to playing this supposedly very excellent game yet myself, I was wondering whether or not the game works for you without loading your save games? If so then it's the game that is at fault, and by using the SEARCH button one may find an answer, if I recall there have been quite a few posts on Half Life. Otherwise, how did you keep your save files when installing win2k? On Hard Drive? Or did you keep them on floppy? ZIP?
Cheers,
Steve
