check for imagehlp.dll
OP
Ok, I checked for it. What was I checking for it for?
I had that problem
IE5 will NOT allow reinstallation of existing programs so you must go to control panel then add remove programs
Look for Outlook Express 5 and uninstall it
You will NOT loose any emails or settings
If it doesnt uninstall goto c:\program files and delete its directory
Then go to your IE5 CD and reinstall outlook express
