PCI problem with win2k, please help!
This is a discussion about PCI problem with win2k, please help! in the Windows Hardware category; OK, i just installed a clean win2k install and had to do that with out any PCI card inserted on my mobo, just my GF AGP card. Install worked superb and i updated win2k with windows update. But when i insert one PCI card onto my mobo, win2k want start anymore, it locks at startup.

Install worked superb and i updated win2k with windows update. But when i insert one PCI card onto my mobo, win2k want start anymore, it locks at startup. No matter what PCI card it is, or which PCI slot i have it on, as soon there is any PCI card present i cant start win2k nor install win2k (when installing win2k locks half way trough plug&pray detection, i think its when display is about to detect)
I even tried with minimal settings in bios and safe settings in bios with everything off. I even tried with one cpu.
Anyone know a solution to this problem?

IBM ATA66 7200RPM 27,3Gb HD
