Photoshop 6.0
This is a discussion about Photoshop 6.0 in the Windows Software category; Has anyone else had problems with Photoshop 6 locked up on them frequently? I had 5. 5 on my system and purchased the 6. 0 update and since that point it is locked up all the time. Generally when going up into the menus only.
Has anyone else had problems with Photoshop 6 locked up on them frequently? I had 5.5 on my system and purchased the 6.0 update and since that point it is locked up all the time. Generally when going up into the menus only. I am using Windows 2000 Server with a Voodoo3 3500TV card.

No, Photoshop 6.0 has run great for me;however, I still like aspects of Photoshop 5.5 more. I personally don't think it's a worthy upgrade

It must be something else though I have been giving my system a kick for awhile. Next thing I guess is to uninstall the whole lot and give it a new fresh installation.
I agree re the unworthy upgrade. Adobe has been doing a lot of it as ot late. Norton is another company that released pay upgrades that should have been free.
