I guess by even posting about the drivers is like advertising they exist and are available to download somewhere. And If you had 3dfx breathing down your neck you would stop also. think about it.
This will answer your questions. If the drivers were freeware then it would be different. But the drivers are for 3dFX developers only so therefore downloading them and not being a developer makes having them on your system illegal. So its like saying that Windows2000 is available for download at site www.xyz.com
Why don't you just talk about them in the developers newsgroup at news.3dfx.com =)

What about all those people who posts questions about hardware-problems with Win2K Final here at the forum? You think all of them somehow are members of MSDN or whatever it’s called and can acquire it LEGALLY...?
