Possible fix for Q3, XP and other mouse lag issues

Ok, I have been checking around forums everywhere, and I saw a tip at viaarena. com, apparently a lot of people have been having this delay of a 1/2 second or so in Q3 or CS or whatever. Where it was really hard to play a game.

Ok, I have been checking around forums everywhere, and I saw a tip at viaarena.com, apparently a lot of people have been having this delay of a 1/2 second or so in Q3 or CS or whatever. Where it was really hard to play a game. Disabling mouse precision doesn't help, and the
-noforceparm doesn't work with everything.

A guy at the forum suggested that your AGP Aperture level must be at least half of your system memory for the mouse not to freeze every now and then. I don't know if this works as I do not have XP installed right now. So give it a try and post results here, alot of VIA motherboard users have been successful with this tip, the guy who posted it was using a board on the VIA KX133 chipset, just like mine.
