Power Options shortcut magically changes on the quick launch

This is a discussion about Power Options shortcut magically changes on the quick launch in the Customization Tweaking category; Put a short cut to power options on your quick launch bar in NT 5. Then keep an eye on it, peridically it will change. Have noticed this on 3 separate machines, SP1 doesn't help. .
