"STOP: 0x0000007B (parameter1, parameter2, parameter3, parameter4) INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE"

Are your HDs SATA or PATA?
If SATA, did you install the driver for it while installing? "Press F6 if you have to install a third-party SCSI or RAID driver."

SCSI? Check SCSI chain for correct termination.

How did you format the HD? Quick? Use complete.

Loaded fail-safe settings in BIOS and the disable all addons, like sound card, nic, etc. ?

Run memtest86, to check your memory.

I'm using PATA, and I already unpluged all the LAN cable, Sound cable, and etc. Only Monitor, Power supply and keyboard are pluged.

I use NTFS to format my HD. Normal one, not quick.

I also disable all add ons.

*****But how to "Loaded fail-safe settings in BIOS"*********

When i done all this....all look like going fine...but after my computer finish copying system files from Windows XP CD. The death blue screen come out again with error

STOP : 0x0000007B.

I also removed CDRW and additonal harddisc...so at the momment only 1 hard disc and 1 DVD rom running.

Your power supply may be faulty. do you have access to a spare one that you could try?

Is this the pt880 Neo or the pt880 Neo-FSR?

Also, have you gone into the bios and disabled RAID? The drive may be plugged into one of the raid enabled IDE connectors. I had an old board that didn't have raid, but I had to install a driver for the controller b4 I could install windows. Went through the same situation that you are going thru.

have your motherboard checked.

had the same thng before and it turned out to be a problem with the mother board.

or boot with a 98 cd..

delete the partition

create a new one

then try to install

Almost always these errors are from bad power supply or ram.

Since you say PSU is new then I would check the ram with Memtest which was already suggested by Wilhelmus.

On memtest, one error is too much. Let it run for couple hours, like over night. Test the sticks one by one.

To 'install' memtest, download the ISO file from the website on American Zombie's post, burn it to CD, set CD/DVD to primary booting device in BIOS, boot from memtest CD. You can use free Deep Burner to do this:

Disable power management in BIOS then try to install the windows xp.
In some cases that works.
