The easiest way is to set up user policies. Are your users logging into a domain?

Ok, I hope this helps you.

I will not post what can be done here, all I suggest is togo to the Start Menu, then Run and type poledit.exe. Go straight to help and find and print out exactly what you want to do. Doing this is critical as you can end up with PC's that will not function correctly if you stuff this up and start adding restrictions you know nothing about.

Good luck :):.
