Problems with new V3 win2k beta drivers...
This is a discussion about Problems with new V3 win2k beta drivers... in the Windows Hardware category; The problem I have with win2k final is that randomly, after a long interval of time, maybe 2-3 days of the computer running, my screen gets GARBLED completely. Rainbow colors fill the screen! This is after I installed the beta win2k v3 drivers.
The problem I have with win2k final is that randomly, after a long interval of time, maybe 2-3 days of the computer running, my screen gets GARBLED completely. Rainbow colors fill the screen! This is after I installed the beta win2k v3 drivers. I've never had any problem like this before. My machine is not locked however when the screen garbles. But I cannot do anything, as I cannot see anything! The only thing I could do is do a soft-reboot by using the window key! I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced the same situation using these beta v3 drivers. I want to find out what is causing this problem.
