This is a discussion about Probs with my Diamond Supra Express 56i V pro modem and WIN in the Windows Hardware category; My Diamond Supra Express 56i V PRO modem will not work with Windows 2000 before i install win 2000 it says there may be problems. I have tried different drivers it will not work at all even as a standard modem it says extra files are needed please help as i need my modem more then anything everything else works fine.

I have the same modem and win2k 2195 detected the modem correctly and installs the correct drivers. This is something win98 never managed

I dont understand it. I have the FINAL retail version of windows 2000 and it displays it as a modem i have never heard of and when i try to connect it will not let me!
is there any chance i could get that driver for my modem?

sorry mate i am still having the problem it was my pratt of a mate who wrote that.
So please anyone who knows how to solve this problem help me as i cannot use windows 2000 without my modem.
