probs with Worms Armaggedon

This is a discussion about probs with Worms Armaggedon in the Windows Games category; I'm having trouble running this game. Has anyone managed it without problems ? Current win2000 build is 2114. The game loads into the menus, allows everything up to starting a game. . . then just black screen.

I'm having trouble running this game. Has anyone managed it without problems ? Current win2000 build is 2114. The game loads into the menus, allows everything up to starting a game... then just black screen... is this a directx prob ? or is the game not compatible ?...
