Q3a and voodoo2 under 2183

This is a discussion about Q3a and voodoo2 under 2183 in the Windows Games category; I am having trouble with Q3A under 2183. I have a 12 meg Voodoo 2 with ICD installed, but i still get Cannot load GL subsystem. Someone give me a hand if you can. .
