Quadraphonic Speakers & SBLive?

This is a discussion about Quadraphonic Speakers & SBLive? in the Windows Hardware category; Running WinXP 2465. . . I like the quality of the native SBLive drivers that come with it, but they don't seem to enable my rear speakers. (even in quadraphonic mode) Installing the Win2k Liveware solves this, but the quality is substantially worse.

Has anyone found a way to enable the 4 speaker support using the built-in Live drivers?

TIA

you can just install creative launcher to do this. The drawback is you have to go through the Poo!Ware setup and then reinstall the original drivers for you SB Live!. Other than that you can probably get a Wise Installer decompiler and then just take the launcher components out and install those. Other than using Creative Launcher i dont know of any other way.
