This is a discussion about Quake 3 and Fallout (1) in the Windows Games category; Hello, 1. Did anyone manage to set Q3 to work in 32 bit mode on voodoo3 2k (yes, I know that v3 doesnt support 32 bit, but 22 or 24 bit or whatever it supports is very beautiful comparing to 16 bit) 2.
Hello,
1. Did anyone manage to set Q3 to work in 32 bit mode on voodoo3 2k (yes, I know that v3 doesnt support 32 bit, but 22 or 24 bit or whatever it supports is very beautiful comparing to 16 bit)
2. How can you make Fallout work? I read the instructions on this page but I don't even know what they want to say.
Copy x:\program\win\falloutw.___ (?????????????) to c:\fallout\falloutw.exe.
Then create a text file called "fallout.cfg" and add the following:
[system]
master_dat=d:\master.dat (??????)
critter_dat=d:\critter.dat (?!?!?!?!?!?)
free_space=0
[sound]
music_path2=d:\data\sound\music (?!?!?!?=
Now you can run "C:\fallout\falloutw.exe" to play.
Ya hafta copy entire game to c:\fallout or wut????
Why D:\data and sumtin... I don't have anything there.......
Thanks!
