Quake 3 and V3 2000 in 2195

This is a discussion about Quake 3 and V3 2000 in 2195 in the Windows Hardware category; help! Been all over looking for a fix for this. Have V3 2000 and build 2195 and Q3 does NOT wanna run. Tried older fixes from earlier builds and no dice. . . any suggestions besides wait till feburary?.
