Quickcam v11.7 problems...please help!!!

This is a discussion about Quickcam v11.7 problems...please help!!! in the Windows Hardware category; Everything seems to be ok until i try to use the webcam on yahoo messenger. Then all i get is a blank, black screen although it tells me that everything is going through alright. What have i done wrong? lol.
