Restore startup folder??
This is a discussion about Restore startup folder?? in the Windows Software category; Can someone tell me if there's something special with the startup folder? I am running Windows 2000 Pro, and i mistakenly deleted my startup folder (Admin account) and since then i can't get any programs to startup with windows.

I am running Windows 2000 Pro, and i mistakenly deleted my startup folder (Admin account) and since then i can't get any programs to startup with windows.
Example...
If i make a folder "Startup" and add a shortcut to a program under this, nothing works...(admin account)
Now if i add those shortcuts (or install a program that makes this shortcut itself), into the "all users" folder, (where it all should be anyway), its works, BUT.... it loads the programs TWICE!!!.
Any help here??
