Hello Everyone.
I have been running RW on my Win98 machine and I must say that I love it. So I installed on my one of our NT4 SP5 Machine and here is what Happened.
RW ran fine but when you enetered the Game no game sound played. If you started the Game first then RW would give the following error, "The sound card is being used by another application or your intilation is corrupt"
At first I thought it was due to a Crappy sound card, but before I go put money down on a new one I thought I would ask if any one else had run into this.

Thanks in ADV

RW is made for use with DirectSound.
NT does not support Directsound.

So you can only use the software (default) mode, and have sound i RW - or the game.

NOT TRUE! I have NT 4.0 SP6 and I am running RW. I had to get SBLIVE! (Sound Blaster LIVE!(not the platium version)) to do it but it works!
