Roller Coaster Tycoon and Win2000
This is a discussion about Roller Coaster Tycoon and Win2000 in the Windows Games category; I love Roller Coaster Tycoon, and it runs fine in Windows 2000 Final 2195. . . . . . . except for. . . . . . . . . YOU CAN'T SAVE AND LOAD GAMES! When you try, you are kicked back to the desktop and the game ends! If anybody has any ideas what's goin on, and how it can be fixed (if it can), i would appreciate the info.

Hi,
I'm having the same problem, although I have been able to save games. After fooling around switching in and out of full-screen modem, I was able to get the load game file selection dialog box to open, but it was screwy- the frame was malformed and I couldn't see a files list. I've got the first Win2k compatibility update thing installed.
I've been in contact with Hasbro technical support, they seem to be unwilling to support Windows 2000 users. It would be a good idea for you to contact them as well, and let them know that there are indeed Windows 2000 users who want the game to work.

I am not surprise as most tech support are not familiar with W2K yet, how can they give you support?

OP
Well at least I'm not the only one.
