SAM failed to start....

This is a discussion about SAM failed to start.... in the Windows Software category; Hi. . . when i login to win2k and check the event viewer, in system log always there is the mark that SAM failed to start the TCP/IP or SPX/IPX listening thread. Can someone plz tell me how to fix this problem? tks.

Hi...
